Aliaxis in Brussels is seeking an Internal Communication Lead to shape employee narratives and enable leaders to communicate with impact across a global, matrix organization. You will own the Group internal communication agenda, drive strategy, editorial planning, channel governance, and change communication, collaborating with regions to activate a dynamic global network.

Qualifications

• Global matrix organization experience in manufacturing or related industry.
• Strong relationship builder with cross-functional partnering.
• Expertise in communication network management and engagement.
• Excellent written and verbal English; French and/or Dutch a plus.

Responsabilités

• Define and deliver internal communication plans for Group priorities.
• Lead internal editorial calendar and governance across Group initiatives.
• Develop content from across the Group to engage employees.
• Plan and deliver Group-wide corporate events.
• Partner with HR, Finance, Ops and senior leaders on change communication.
• Measure impact using indicators and feedback to improve engagement.
