Expleo Group is seeking a Project Engineering Manager to lead a multidisciplinary engineering team and ensure delivery of Engineering Work Packages while meeting Quality, Cost, and Deadline commitments. You will be the technical leader within the core project team, embodying Expleo's values of Team, Trust, and Action, and liaising with stakeholders.

You will guide a cross-functional group across Power, Mechanical, RAMS, Validation, and Software, steering performance, risks, and delivery

Qualifications

• Engineering degree with solid knowledge of technical tasks and project management.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage pressure in demanding environments.
• Strong understanding of budgets, timelines, and financial metrics.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and coordinate the work of the core engineering team (Power, Mechanical, RAMS, Validation, Software).
• Develop and implement the Engineering Management Plan and monitor performance to keep the project on track.
• Represent engineering to internal customers, providing updates on progress, issues and risks.
• Lead capacity planning, anticipate staffing needs, and communicate workload forecasts.
• Lead design reviews and ensure adherence to quality standards while supporting DFQ Gate Reviews and QCD objectives.
