sspcs is expanding its Belgian and Dutch teams and is seeking a hands-on Talent Acquisition Specialist based near Antwerp.

You will own the full hiring cycle across multiple locations, craft authentic job posts, actively source candidates, keep our ATS up to date, and coordinate onboarding to ensure a smooth start for new hires. You will partner with team leads to scale hiring as we grow and ensure guidance on contracts and payroll coordination in alignment with local laws.

Qualifications

• Experience in an in-house recruitment role or agency background with in-house exposure
• Ability to find candidates who aren’t actively looking
• Clear, direct, personal communication in Dutch and English
• Organized and structured work style with a human touch
• Thrives in fast-moving, frequently changing environments
• Based in or near Antwerp

Responsabilités

• Own the full hiring cycle across all locations: intake with hiring managers, sourcing, screening, interviews, offer and closing
• Write job postings that sound like us
• Actively source candidates via different channels
• Keep Recruitee ATS up to date and ensure timely, personal responses to candidates
• Keep the careers page on-brand and up to date
• Coordinate onboarding for new hires: first day planning, paperwork, tooling access and welcome
• Work with team leads to refine onboarding as we scale and manage departures
• Draft employment contracts for our entities
• Prepare monthly payroll with payroll partners in both countries and verify outputs
• Maintain HRIS data accuracy
• Keep contracts, policies and working rules current and be the go-to for stores
