Eurofins Brussels is hiring an HR Offer Specialist to manage and coordinate internal offers, draft employment contracts, and oversee documentation for Belgian offers. The role is based in Brussels and involves collaboration with Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, and Tax teams to validate offers and prepare net salary simulations.

You will help transform HR processes, review internship agreements, and coordinate recruitment software across Eurofins.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business administration or a related field from a top university.
• At least 2 years of work experience in Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, Tax, HR, etc.
• Excellent English, main language of communication. Knowledge of French or Dutch is a plus.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, able to handle large tasks and smaller details.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital work environment.

Responsabilités

• Prepare Belgian employment offers and contracts.
• Assemble compensation and benefits packages and validate offers internally.
• Collaborate with Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, and Tax teams to draft net salary simulations.
• Coordinate the implementation of recruitment software and assist with transforming HR processes.
• Review internship agreements and V.I.E programme applications; manage contracts with universities and Business France representatives.
• Improve workflows, templates, and internal guidelines to streamline operations and ensure consistency.
