Eurofins is seeking an HR Offer Specialist to manage internal offers, drafts contracts, and oversee HR documentation for Brussels-based staff and Eurofins affiliates.

You will coordinate with Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, and Tax teams to draft net salary simulations and validate standard international offers, with growth into more complex assignments over time. This is a full-time Brussels role with international exposure.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business administration or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, Tax or HR.
• Excellent English; knowledge of French or Dutch is a plus.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable with Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Manage and coordinate internal offers and draft contracts.
• Oversee documentation and validate Belgian employment offers.
• Collaborate with Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, and Tax teams on net salary simulations.
• Coordinate internship agreements and V.I.E applications.
• Improve workflows, templates and internal guidelines for consistency.
• Support HR inquiries from staff at Brussels corporate office.
