Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare, science, economics or related field.
- Advanced degree (MSc/PhD/MD/PharmD) advantageous.
- At least 5 years' experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical or consulting environments.
- At least 3 years' experience supporting market access or HEOR programmes at affiliate, regional or global level.
- Experience across international HTA environments is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of integrated HEOR strategies across the product lifecycle.
- Identify evidence gaps and translate insights into evidence generation plans aligned with payer and HTA expectations.
- Partner with Market Access, Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, RWE and Biostatistics teams to drive integrated evidence planning.
- Support global strategies that strengthen reimbursement outcomes and optimise patient access.
- Contribute to value propositions that demonstrate clinical, humanistic and economic value.
