Job summary

Bluesquare is leading the GiveWell immunization project in the DRC, coordinating partners and technical teams to deliver a digital layer for monitoring, targeting, and payments verification. The role is based in Brussels or Kinshasa with field missions, balancing governance, capacity building, and donor reporting.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of relevant professional experience in digital project management.
• Excellent oral and written communication in French and English (C1 min).
• Proven experience managing multi-partner, multicultural projects.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to clients and partners; shape solution and roadmaps.
• Monitor the project from design to completion and ensure delivery and capacity building.
• Oversee budgets, donor reporting, and contractual obligations.
• Navigate complex governance environments with ministries and donors.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and reports are prepared.
• Support integration of the project into existing processes.
• Use and update Bluesquare’s project tools (JIRA and Odoo).
• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure requirements alignment.
• Participate in proposal development and new opportunities.
