Job summary

Bluesquare is seeking an experienced Director of Delivery & Operations to lead its Service Business Unit in Brussels. You will translate strategy into execution, manage multi-country programs, and ensure profitability while delivering high-impact digital health projects.

The role requires 8+ years in global health or tech-for-development, strong HR judgment, budget and P&L ownership, and excellent French and English communication.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in global health, international development, technology-for-development or related sector, including significant people management experience.
• Prior experience in COO/Director of Operations/Chief of Staff or similar executive operations role.
• Proven experience managing multiple team leads or managers across distributed, multi-country teams.
• Strong understanding of project delivery, resourcing and profitability in a consulting or services environment.
• Experience with budget and P&L ownership.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to strategic vision as part of the executive management team.
• Translate strategy into operational priorities, plans and objectives.
• Own the SBU’s P&L, review performance and arbitrate resourcing and investments.
• Oversee delivery across the SBU and ensure profitable, high-quality project execution.
