Job summary

Lalamove is seeking a Director of Marketing to lead international marketing across markets and align marketing with growth goals. The role is based in Belgium and targets driven growth and retention through data-informed strategies.

You will manage a high-performing team, drive digital campaigns and loyalty initiatives, and collaborate with product and sales to maximize revenue across demand and supply channels. This is a global, fast-moving role with budget responsibility.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of work experience from HQ or regional HQ of multinational companies
• Strong proficiency with marketing tech tools and complex marketing tracking infrastructures
• Experience with integrated marketing campaigns
• Experience in budgeting and marketing planning processes
• Experience in paid acquisition, online advertising, CRM or retention marketing
• Familiarity with marketing metrics such as CAC, CPO, CVR, CPL
• Experience leading international, multicultural teams

Responsibilities

• Manage conception, development, and implementation of marketing plan and strategies, and promotional programs to drive interest and sales across both supply and demand channels
• Drive overall User/Driver leads by implementation of the Marketing strategy - including campaigns, events, digital marketing, and PR
• Spearhead the strategic and tactical execution of marketing campaigns, including design of test/control segmentation, implementation of tests, tracking, results reporting, analysis, and recommendations
• Responsible for the marketing organization structure, guiding the day to day activities of the marketing team
• Identify short-term and long-term scheduling, budget, and resource needs, including the development and management of an annual marketing budget, profit/loss projections, expenditure, and other financial considerations
• Collaborate with the business teams to uncover insights and strategies to develop and implement marketing and branding strategies for new and existing products, internally and externally
• Oversee and grow the marketing department, consistently identifying revenue opportunities within our established client base and managing consistent growth
• Create processes and operating procedures between market and functional teams
• Undertake continuous analysis of the competitive environment and consumer trends
