Lalamove seeks a Director of Marketing to lead our global marketing function from Belgium, partnering with regional teams to drive growth, retention, and brand leadership. You will own brand strategy, digital marketing, loyalty programs, and people management across markets.

Responsibilities include designing campaigns, budgets, and performance metrics; growing user and driver leads; and translating data into strategic actions that fuel expansion and customer engagement worldwide.

Qualifications

• Must have 10+ years of work experience at HQs or regional HQs of MNCs.
• Strong expertise in marketing technology and tracking infrastructures.
• Experience with integrated marketing campaigns and budgeting processes.
• Background in paid acquisition, online advertising, CRM, or retention marketing is a plus.
• Proven ability to lead international / multi-cultural teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead conception, development, and execution of global marketing plans and programs to drive interest and sales across channels.
• Direct the Marketing strategy to grow driver and user leads through campaigns, events, digital marketing, and PR.
• Oversee strategic and tactical marketing campaigns including segmentation, testing, tracking, analysis, and optimization.
• Shape the marketing organization structure and guide day-to-day activities of the team.
• Plan and manage annual marketing budgets, P&L projections, and expenditures.
• Collaborate with business teams to align branding and marketing strategies for products.
• Grow revenue opportunities within existing client base and drive sustained growth.
• Establish processes and operating procedures across markets and functions.
