Job summary

Global Green Growth Institute (GGGI) is seeking a Facility Manager to lead the Green Coupon Subsidy Facility (GCSF). Based in Luxembourg, you will oversee the facility's strategic, operational and financial management, and serve as the primary interface with the European Commission.

The role requires leadership of cross‑functional teams, oversight of grant commitments and risk management, and regular engagement with EU partners and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Advanced university degree in finance, economics, business administration, public policy, international development or another relevant field.
• Preferably 10-12 years of relevant professional experience in capital markets and development finance.
• Experience with European Commission or similar international institutions is desirable.
• Knowledge of green bonds and sustainable finance is strongly preferred.
• Fluency in English; French would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall implementation of the GCSF and ensure delivery per agreements and policies.
• Provide strategic oversight of the facility's transaction pipeline, grant portfolio, and resources.
• Supervise the Facility Management Unit and coordinate with the Transaction Management Unit.
• Maintain risk management, portfolio monitoring, and governance systems.
• Represent GGGI in governance meetings and external forums.
