Job summary

Ansell is seeking a Vice President, FP&A and Corporate Finance to lead global planning, forecasting, and performance management. You will be the CFO's strategic partner and guide the CEO and ELT with clear financial insights to drive decisions across revenue, OpEx, CapEx, and cash flow.

You will build an analytics-forward finance organization, upgrade reporting and tools, and champion a data-driven culture while coordinating with regional teams and travel internationally as needed.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, including significant corporate FP&A, enterprise planning, forecasting, and performance management.
• At least 5 years of people leadership experience with a track record of building and leading global finance teams.
• Experience supporting executive leadership teams and Boards within a global, publicly traded company.
• Deep business and financial acumen across corporate FP&A and operating finance across multiple functions.
• Proven ability to influence senior executives and drive finance modernization initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise strategic planning, annual operating planning, quarterly forecasting, and performance management cycles.
• Act as CFO’s strategic finance partner and advisor to CEO and ELT, translating complex dynamics into actionable insights.
• Partner with CFO, Investor Relations, and senior leaders on external guidance, Board reporting, and strategic priorities.
• Build a modern analytics capability to strengthen decision-making across revenue, OpEx, CapEx, cash flow, and allocational decisions.
• Champion data-driven analytics culture, upgrading reporting tools and processes for scalability and speed.
• Oversee enterprise finance business partnering across commercial, product, supply chain and corporate functions.
• Co-lead multi-year finance modernization focusing on process excellence, automation, and digitization.
• Own and drive FP&A transformation, balancing enterprise priorities with regional finance realities.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing global FP&A organization with succession planning.
• Contribute as a senior member of the Finance Leadership Team shaping strategy and investments.
