Ansell is seeking a Vice President, FP&A and Corporate Finance in Brussels, Belgium to lead global finance planning, performance management, and strategic insight. You will partner with the CFO and CEO, drive modernization, and oversee regional finance teams across commercial, product, and supply chain functions.

You will shape enterprise planning, forecast rigor, and financial narratives for the ELT and Board, while building scalable, data-driven analytics and reporting capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration (MBA or related advanced degree preferred).
• 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, including significant corporate FP&A, planning, forecasting, and performance management.
• At least 5 years of people leadership experience with global finance teams.
• Experience supporting executive leadership teams and Boards within a global, publicly traded company.
• Deep business and financial acumen across corporate FP&A and operating finance (commercial, product, supply chain, and functional).
• Proven ability to influence senior executives and drive clarity in a matrixed, international org.
• Experience driving finance modernization including analytics uplift, digitization, and scalable processes.
• Executive-level communication skills to translate complex data into compelling narratives for the CFO, CEO, ELT and Board.
• Builder mindset to execute strategy with disciplined timelines in ambiguity.
• Collaborator across international, cross-functional teams with time-zone flexibility.

Responsabilités

• Lead enterprise strategic planning, annual OPP, quarterly forecasting, and performance management cycles with rigor and accountability.
• Serve as CFO’s strategic finance partner and advisor to CEO and ELT, turning financial insights into actions.
• Collaborate with CFO, IR, and senior leaders on external guidance, Board reporting, and strategic priorities.
• Build a modern analytics capability to improve decision-making across revenue, gross margin, OpEx, CapEx, and cash flow.
• Drive data-driven analytics culture by upgrading reporting tools, systems, and processes for scalability and speed.
• Oversee enterprise finance partnering across commercial, product, supply chain and corporate functions.
• Co-lead a multi-year finance modernization agenda with process excellence and automated operating models.
• Own the FP&A and finance transformation agenda balancing enterprise priorities with regional needs.
• Lead and develop a high-performing global FP&A organization with succession planning.
• Contribute to global finance strategy and investment decisions as a senior Finance LT member.

In this enterprise leadership role, you will serve as a strategic partner to the Chief Financial Officer and a trusted advisor to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team, shaping how Ansell plans, forecasts, measures performance, and turns financial insight into confident business decisions. You will lead global FP&A and corporate finance capabilities, guide a broad network of regional and operating finance partners, and play a central role in modernizing Ansell’s finance function through sharper analytics, scalable processes, automation, and disciplined performance management.

What your role will be?

• Lead enterprise strategic planning, annual operating planning, quarterly forecasting, and performance management cycles with rigor, pace, and accountability.
• Act as the CFO’s primary strategic finance partner and a trusted advisor to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team, translating complex financial and business dynamics into clear, actionable insights.
• Partner with the CFO, Investor Relations, and senior leaders on external guidance, Board reporting, enterprise financial narratives, and key strategic priorities.
• Build a modern, forward-looking analytics capability that strengthens decision-making across revenue, gross margin, OpEx , CapEx , cash flow, and enterprise resource allocation.
• Champion a data-driven and self-service analytics culture across global finance, upgrading reporting, tools, systems, and processes to improve scalability, accuracy, speed, and insight generation.
• Oversee enterprise finance business partnering across commercial, product, supply chain and corporate functions.
• Co-lead a multi-year finance modernization agenda focused on process excellence, standardization, automation, digitization, and scalable operating models.
• Own and drive the FP&A and finance business partnering transformation agenda, balancing enterprise priorities with the practical realities of regional and operating finance teams.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing global FP&A organization, including direct and indirect reports, while building bench strength, succession plans, and future-ready analytical capabilities.
• Contribute as a senior member of the Finance Leadership Team, helping shape global finance strategy, priorities, investment decisions, and execution discipline.
