Labels & Things, a European–Asia production house based in Antwerp, Belgium, seeks a Commercial Coordinator to manage end-to-end order follow-up, coordinate with sales and operations across Europe and Asia, and ensure smooth production and delivery processes. The role emphasizes ownership, organization, and proactive problem solving within a fast-moving fashion supply chain.
You will work closely with Sales, Production, Logistics and Finance, leveraging an ERP mindset and a data-driven approach
Commercial Coordinator
Labels & Things is a European–Asia production house based in Antwerp, Belgium, specializing in creating brand identities including trims & finished accessories for international fashion & lifestyle brands.
We develop and produce a wide range of products including woven labels, hangtags, embroidery badges, silicone and TPU badges, transfers, metal logo items and other fashion accessories. We are strongly specialized in fashion headwear, which we supply to high‑end fashion brands internationally.
Our business is highly international. Our commercial team is based in Europe, while we work closely with our purchase team and production partners in China, Turkey and other sourcing locations.
We are currently entering an exciting new phase: L&T is moving to a fully integrated ERP system with Odoo, connecting our sales, purchasing, inventory, logistics and invoicing processes and improving the way we work and collaborate.
To support our continued growth, we are looking for a Commercial Coordinator with a strong operational mindset, a natural sense of ownership and excellent organizational skills.
We are looking for someone who gets satisfaction from making complex things work.
You enjoy keeping an overview, solving challenges and taking ownership. You are commercially minded and confident with customers, but your real strength is turning many moving parts into a well‑managed process.
As a Commercial Coordinator, you will work across sales and operations. You will coordinate customer requests and orders, follow up production and delivery, solve issues and work with colleagues in Belgium and Asia to make sure things get done correctly and on time.
Supplier negotiation and factory purchasing are supported by our sourcing and production teams in Asia.
We are looking for someone with strong organizational skills and a natural sense of ownership.
You take responsibility for your work, follow through on commitments and don't wait for problems to solve themselves. You are comfortable taking initiative and actively closing open points.
You are highly organized and comfortable managing multiple customers, orders and priorities at the same time. You can distinguish between urgent and important and maintain overview in a fast‑moving environment.
You communicate clearly, professionally and confidently with customers and colleagues. You understand the importance of proactive communication and raise potential issues early.
You understand customer needs and priorities and combine good service with commercial awareness. You can use judgement rather than treating every request or situation in exactly the same way.
You are practical and solution‑oriented. When something does not go according to plan, you focus on understanding the issue, involving the right people and finding a way forward.
You enjoy working across teams, cultures and locations. You can work independently while understanding that successful order management requires close collaboration between Sales, Production, Logistics and Finance.
You are comfortable working with ERP systems and digital tools and understand the importance of accurate data and disciplined ways of working. Experience with Odoo is an advantage but not required.
