Jobat is recruiting on behalf of a major Belgian beer producer in Flemish Brabant. The Commercial Coordinator will optimize commercial, logistics and sales support processes across the company.

You will collaborate with Sales Support, Customer Service, Finance, Marketing and Supply Chain to improve OTC processes, analyze market trends and promotions, and support demand planning to improve forecast accuracy. CRM usage and cross‑functional coordination are key aspects of the role.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate commercial operations with Sales Support, Customer Service, Finance, Marketing and Supply Chain to ensure efficient processes
• Support and optimize ongoing commercial processes and improve collaboration between sales, sales support and logistics
• Analyze commercial figures, market tendencies and promotions to increase insights
• Analyze demand planning to improve forecast accuracy
• Support teams in using the CRM tool effectively
• Ensure a flawless and efficient OTC process
