Van de Velde seeks a Plant Controller to bridge financial data and business operations across Production and Supply Chain. You will act as a trusted business partner, supporting cost centers with CO GS analyses, budgets, and strategic insights.

You will lead monthly close activities, monitor cost drivers, and drive value through improved controls, reporting, and continuous process enhancements in an international environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of Plant Controlling experience in an international environment.
• Ability to translate financial data into clear business insights.
• Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
• Fluent in English; Dutch knowledge is a strong advantage.

Responsabilités

• Analyze all costs related to plant operations and the supply chain; prepare budgets, forecasts, and KPIs with key stakeholders.
• Perform monthly close activities for plant operations, including accruals and variance analyses.
• Support capital investment decisions with financial analyses and business cases.
• Deliver actionable insights to enhance financial performance and KPI culture.
• Drive continuous improvement of plant controlling processes and reporting practices.
