Prado Family is seeking an Operations Manager to lead production and warehousing on the shop floor in Belgium. You will own day-to-day execution, drive quality and improve efficiency across production and logistics, collaborating with planning and quality teams.

The role requires 5–10 years in operations leadership, a technical degree, and fluent Dutch and English to operate in an international context. A competitive salary package is offered.

Qualifications

• <Master's or Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Commercial Engineering or a related technical field.>
• <5–10 years of experience leading operations, production or manufacturing.>
• <Fluent in Dutch and English; comfortable in international context.>

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day production and warehousing operations with ownership of execution and quality.
• Translate supply-chain plans into robust schedules across production, assembly and logistics.
• Drive efficiency, lead-time reduction, capacity utilization and cost control.
• Develop production and warehouse teams with clear priorities and standards.
• Monitor KPIs such as service level, productivity, scrap, rework and OTIF.
• Collaborate with planning, supply chain and quality for end-to-end alignment.
• Support floor tools (e.g., Odoo) and ensure data accuracy and disciplined usage.
