Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager & Global Process Lead, End-to-End (E2E) Planning to drive the development, governance, and continuous improvement of global planning processes across the Integrated Supply Chain.

This role serves as the global owner for E2E Planning standards, capabilities, and adoption strategies, partnering across Supply Chain, Finance, Technology, and Business functions to elevate planning excellence.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
7+ years in Supply Chain Planning or IBP in global settings.
Experience leading process improvement and global capability-building.
Strong knowledge of planning processes and operating models.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

Lead Global E2E Planning Standards and Governance
Define and evolve global E2E Planning standards, operating principles, governance frameworks, and standards across regions, sectors, and planning organizations.
Establish and monitor process health, maturity, and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
Lead process transformation initiatives resulting from business, organizational, and technology changes.
Maintain global planning playbooks, process documentation, and training materials.
