Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a Network Transformation Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination and execution of network transition initiatives across distribution and transportation in the EMEA region. The role can be based in Switzerland but we are open to anywhere in EMEA, preferably the UK or Italy.

• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, operations, project management or transformation programs.
• Fluent English required; additional languages a plus.
• Strong foundation in FPX project management; knowledge of other methodologies is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of network transition projects across distribution, transportation and supply chain functions.
• Manage multiple interrelated network transition sub-projects in parallel, tracking milestones and dependencies.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, trackers, and governance documentation under FPX methodology.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure readiness of operations, systems, infrastructure and 3PL activities.
