Lyreco Group seeks a Group Digital E‑Commerce Director to lead the omnichannel transformation and align IT, marketing, and sales to deliver a unified platform. You will drive price, catalog, and customer‑data strategies while ensuring scalability across countries and business units.

You will partner with CGO, CIO, and country teams to modernise ERP/CRM/PIM systems, accelerate revenue growth, and improve customer activation and retention through analytics and experimentation.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of ERP, CRM, PIM, DAM, B2B marketplaces, punchout, APIs, and data automation.
• Experience modernising or replatforming large‑scale e‑commerce systems.

Responsabilités

• Refine, challenge, and deliver Lyreco’s E‑Commerce & Omnichannel strategy.
• Coordinate cross‑functional delivery with CGO, IT, and country teams.
• Optimise the customer journey and omnichannel experience across touchpoints.
• Prepare platform readiness for marketing, ABM, and lifecycle campaigns.
• Lead and align global e‑commerce teams and drive transformation.
