• Refine and deliver Lyreco’s E‑Commerce & Omnichannel Strategy.
• Coordinate cross‑functional delivery with CGO leadership and IT.
• Optimise customer journey and omnichannel experience.
• Prepare the platform for acquisition, conversion, and loyalty.
• Lead and manage global e‑commerce team.
