Qualifications
- Minimum 10-12+ years experience in regulated environments.
- Strong ability to influence senior leaders and drive compliant decision-making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Responsibilities
- Provide global leadership for HCC data management and technology operations.
- Support global transparency reporting and disclosures.
- Lead data governance for compliance-related data.
- Enable monitoring of anti-corruption risks using data analytics.
- Lead development of compliance technology tools and systems.
- Embed compliance controls into enterprise systems (Compliance by Design).
- Collaborate across functions to align strategy and regulatory requirements.
- Build and manage a high-performing global team and budget.
