Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Commercial Data Governance Lead for the EMEA region within Surgery & Electrophysiology to build trusted, scalable data governance across markets and data domains.

You will lead governance forums, coordinate Data Stewards, and ensure accuracy of glossaries, dictionaries, and lineage while partnering with business and IT to embed governance in daily work. Fluent English is required; healthcare experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Data Science, Business, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in a data-focused role within a commercial environment.
• Proven track record in data governance.
• Fluent English; additional European languages are a strong advantage.
• MedTech or healthcare experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Operationalize and maintain end-to-end data governance across all critical commercial data domains in the EMEA region.
• Own the governance calendar: schedule, prepare, host, and facilitate data governance forums.
• Coordinate Data Stewards and Administrators across the region.
• Own core governance artefacts, such as glossaries, data dictionaries, lineage documentation, and retention schedules.
