Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting a Senior Manager, Global Data Platforms for the MedTech Global Data & AI team. This hybrid role is based in Belgium and, working across global markets, drives secure, scalable data platform capabilities aligned to Vision priorities.

You will translate platform strategy into executable roadmaps, lead cross-functional delivery, and partner with architecture, engineering, security, governance to deliver trusted data products at scale.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of dynamic IT leadership with major accountability for Data & Analytics.
• Experience building enterprise-scale data platforms (cloud-native, Lakehouse) across global organizations.
• Hands-on mastery of cloud platforms (Azure and AWS) and modern data architectures.
• Experience embedding AI/ML and GenAI into platform services.

Responsibilities

• Translate the global data platform strategy into actionable roadmaps and value realization.
• Lead development and adoption of AI-ready data products with clear ownership and quality controls.
• Define and implement a global engagement model aligning regional priorities with enterprise capabilities.
