Johnson & Johnson in Beerse, Belgium, or Spring House, PA, seeks an exceptional Technical Product Manager to join the Technology Product & Platform Management team. You will shape enterprise-wide discovery informatics platforms supporting lead discovery and optimization across multi-modality research.

You will translate scientific needs into scalable tech capabilities, data flows, and product roadmaps, enabling AI-augmented discovery workflows and data-driven decision-making within

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or related life science or data science field.
• Graduate degree preferred.
• 5+ years in pharmaceutical R&D molecular discovery with exposure to small, peptide, and large molecule chemistry research.
• Experience partnering with scientific stakeholders, technology teams, and cross-functional partners to deliver informatics or scientific IT solutions.
• Experience with pipelines such as KNIME or Pipeline Pilot.
• Knowledge of data warehouses and ETL; ability to engage with Cheminformatics teams and vendors.
• Experience with chemical software providers (Schrödinger, BIOVIA, OpenEye, ChemAxon) or RDKit.

Responsabilités

• Lead discovery informatics strategy and delivery for cheminformatics platforms.
• Define and champion new data-driven IT approaches across discovery sciences.
• Modernize chemistry-centric decision-making with digital capabilities.
• Lead portfolio strategy for assigned product areas, including gaps and improvements.
• Define goals, manage risks/budgets, and measure post-project impact.
• Collaborate with researchers, developers and engineers to drive cross-site projects.
• Support AI-enabled discovery workflows and scalable data architectures across Design–Make–Test–Analyze cycles.
