Qualifications

• Manage import and customs clearance from A to Z
• Prepare, review and process customs docs per regulations
• Ensure tariff classification, declarations and duties
• Coordinate with authorities, forwarders, carriers and staff
• Monitor shipments and resolve customs issues
• Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and policy
• Maintain accurate records and customs documentation
• Support audits and provide required reports and documentation
• Identify opportunities to improve customs processes
• Keep up to date with changes in customs law and international regulations

Responsabilités

• Manage import and customs clearance processes from A to Z
• Prepare, review and process customs documentation in compliance with local and international regulations
• Ensure accurate tariff classification, customs declarations, and duty calculations
• Coordinate with customs authorities, freight forwarders, carriers, and internal stakeholders
• Monitor shipments and proactively resolve customs or transportation issues
• Ensure compliance with import/export regulations, trade compliance requirements, and company policies
• Maintain accurate records and customs documentation
• Support customs audits and provide required reports and documentation
• Identify opportunities to improve customs and import processes
• Keep up to date with changes in customs legislation and international trade regulations
