Maersk is seeking a Compliance Specialist to support the Compliance Manager and Senior Compliance Advisor in managing tasks aligned with the organizational strategy, policies and processes. You will help ensure customs compliance and handle communications with customers.

You will draft notifications to customers, monitor deadlines set by customs authorities, and contribute to KPI creation while maintaining high standards of accuracy and quality in a fast-paced international environment.

Qualifications

• Native level Dutch and fluent English (written and spoken).
• Experience and competence within the Customs business.
• Experience in logistics.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Stream Software.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and plan workload.

Responsabilités

• Support in drafting notifications to customers.
• Follow up files within deadlines set by customs authorities.
• Communicate with customers and customs via email.
• Generating KPI's.
• Registration of litigations.
• Prepare files by requesting documents from customers.
• Monitor customs procedures on a country level.
• Performing internal quality control.
