Maersk is seeking a Customer Experience professional to support customers’ cargo movements and advise on e-solutions. You will collaborate with internal teams, manage stakeholder relationships, and lead CX improvements across road, rail, and sea shipments.

The role emphasizes strong communication, passion for customer service, and fluency in English and Dutch within a global logistics environment.

Responsabilités

• Monitor outgoing and incoming cargo for customers, advise on e-solutions and promote services, respond via email, phone, or chat.
• Find out-of-the-box solutions to improve customers' supply chain.
• Lead the customer's business by managing stakeholders through shipment processes and regulations.
• Act as primary contact and build strong relationships, understand business needs and drivers.
• Manage your customer portfolio and share knowledge with the team.
• Be open to change and drive CX improvement initiatives.
