Axians Portugal is seeking an ambitious junior Application Support Agent to join our international team in Belgium. The role focuses on delivering high-quality application support, ensuring service continuity, resolving user issues and contributing to the reliability of digital services.

You will work closely with users, technical teams and stakeholders to provide effective solutions and an excellent support experience.

Qualifications

• Higher education or equivalent relevant professional experience.
• At least 1 year of successful experience in a support role.
• English proficiency at minimum B2 level, both written and spoken, is mandatory.
• Good analytical skills and the ability to understand processes quickly.
• Solution-oriented, proactive, and reactive in addressing problems.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work in an international and multicultural environment.
• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and to share knowledge with audiences at different levels.

Responsabilités

• Handle incidents and user queries through the ticketing system (ServiceNow), providing both technical and business support.
• Identify problems, carry out analysis, and upscale issues to the development team in order to resolve the root cause.
• Keep end users informed of request status and progress.
• Participate in and prepare meetings with the development team, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
• Deliver online theoretical training to internal staff from the EU Institution.
• Participate in hands-on, on-site training sessions.
