Michael Page in Brussels is seeking a German-speaking customer service professional for our banking clients. You will be the main contact for German-speaking customers, handling inquiries by phone and email, and supporting banking products and account requests.

This role offers remote working options, a fixed Mon-Fri schedule (9:00–18:00), and training with the possibility to obtain FSMA certification fully paid by the company.

Qualifications

• German-speaking customer service experience in a banking or financial services environment.
• Strong communication skills in English or French are a plus.
