Job summary

Ebbinge Belgium is seeking an entrepreneurial, hands-on General Manager to lead our Belgium manufacturing footprint. You will balance day-to-day leadership with building scalable foundations for future growth on site.

The role requires senior manufacturing leadership experience, a strong entrepreneurial drive, and the ability to recruit, develop and lead industrial teams. Dutch native level and fluent English are essential.
