Job summary

NextLink Group in Belgium invites an entrepreneurial Business Unit Manager to lead the Industrial Maintenance unit. You will own strategy, commercial development, operations, and the P&L across multiple sites.

You will identify new markets and clients, grow recurring maintenance contracts, and build a robust sales pipeline. You will lead managers and drive safety, quality, and profitability. This role offers autonomy in a growth-focused environment.
