Job summary

Idealis Consulting seeks an experienced professional to drive strategic relationships and business development with senior client executives. You will analyze client challenges, propose evolutions, and spearhead ERP-based solutions to support digital transformation.

The role combines creative thinking with rigorous analysis and requires proactive leadership in cross-functional discussions withcustomers to ensure value-driven outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in a related field and at least 3 years in a similar role.
• Experience with ERP solutions (ODDO, SAP or similar).
• Strong analytical and strategic planning capabilities.
• Comfort with C-level discussions and negotiations.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and client-facing leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture strategic client relationships with key decision-makers.
• Identify opportunities for new services and projects aligned with client goals.
• Coordinate with Delivery & Services to ensure on-time delivery and client satisfaction.

What will your responsibilities be?

Strategic Relationship & Business Support

Build and maintain trusting relationships with decision-makers (CEO, Directors, CFO, etc.).

Understand their challenges and align solutions with their strategic goals.

Analyse business issues to propose evolutions.

Identify new opportunities to strengthen client loyalty and growth.

Act as the preferred interlocutor during strategic discussions concerning digital transformation.

Business Development & Opportunities

Continuously identify new growth opportunities, additional services, or projects.

Participate in negotiations and renewals with a strategic approach focused on value creation.

Sales follow-up and internal alignment

Work closely with the Delivery & Services department (internal) to ensure commitment toclient expectations.

Ensure a smooth transition between the different project phases to improve communicationbetween Idealis and the client

Client Relationship Management & Loyalty

Maintain regular contact with clients and anticipate their needs.

Monitor their satisfaction and adapt accordingly.

Handle complex or conflict situations with tact, maintaining a firm stance when necessary.

Support client relationships during difficult situations or dissatisfaction to turn risks intoopportunities.

The ideal candidate for our Idealis team

Must have

• Bachelor/Master in a field related to the position
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Experience within the ERP sector such as ODOO, SAP or another ERP player
• French and English, knowledge of Dutch is an asset
• Ability to analyze strategic issues and engage in C-level discussions.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and the ability to lead or supporttechnical and functional discussions with customers.
