Job summary

Projective Talent | Part of Projective Group in Belgium is seeking a Functional Analyst who bridges business and IT to shape and improve digital services used daily by brokers, customers, and internal teams.

You will translate needs into functional requirements, collaborate with diverse stakeholders, and support testing and validation to deliver value across the organisation. A Master’s degree is required, and experience with Agile, Jira, Enterprise Architect, and Zephyr is a plus.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in IT or equivalent experience.
• Experience as Functional Analyst or Business Analyst.
• Experience in Agile environments.
• Fluent in Dutch or French and good understanding of the other; English fluency.

• Prepare functional analyses, user stories, features, and supporting documentation.

• Able to challenge requirements constructively and drive consensus.
