Projective Group Talent is seeking a Functional Analyst to bridge business and IT in financial services, translating needs into functional requirements and supporting compliant solutions. You will gather requirements and create user stories, use cases and acceptance criteria while collaborating with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of experience as a Functional Analyst, Business Analyst or similar role.
• Experience in a financial services context such as banking, insurance or payments.
• Strong analytical skills and a structured way of working.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into clear functional requirements.
• Good understanding of application landscapes and system integrations.
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative, stakeholder-oriented mindset.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a strong asset.

Responsibilities
