Job summary

Sogeti Belgium in Ghent is seeking a Business/Functional Analyst to translate client challenges into actionable requirements, document AS-IS and TO-BE scenarios, and act as a bridge between business and IT teams.

You will design use cases and wireframes, lead client workshops, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. Fluent Dutch and English are required; French is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in business/functional analysis.
• Ability to bridge business requirements and IT solutions.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
