Sogeti Belgium is seeking an IT Functional Analyst in Diegem to bridge business needs with IT solutions. You will gather requirements, translate them into functional specs, and collaborate with developers, testers, and PMs across the SDLC.

You’ll train end-users and create documentation while identifying process improvements. The role leverages Dutch and English fluency, a IT/business degree, and experience with ERP/CRM systems, SQL, and methodologies like Agile or Waterfall.

Qualifications

• Must have fluent Dutch and English.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience as IT Functional Analyst or similar roles.
• Ability to create clear functional specs, process docs; familiarity with SQL and data analysis.
