Job summary

Sogeti Belgium is seeking a Business/Functional Analyst to translate client business challenges into actionable requirements and bridge business and IT teams. You will document AS-IS and TO-BE processes, design use cases, and lead client workshops to gather insights.

Fluency in Dutch and English is required, French is a plus; a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 1 year of experience in analysis is expected.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree and minimum 1 year of experience in analysis or a similar role.
• Proficiency in bridging the gap between business requirements and IT solutions.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Fluency in Dutch and English; French is a plus.

YOUR PROFILE

Must-haves

• Bachelor's or Master's degree and Minimum 1 year of experience in analysis or a similar role.
• Proficiency in bridging the gap between business requirements and IT solutions.
• Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Fluency in Dutch and English; French is a plus.

Nice-to-haves

• Familiarity with tools such as UML, BPMN, and SQL; Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies; Knowledge of designing wireframes and writing detailed use cases.
