Projective Talent, part of Projective Group, is seeking a Medior Functional Analyst for financial services. You’ll translate business challenges into smart digital solutions and act as a bridge between business and IT on transformation projects for banks, insurers and payments.

You’ll gather requirements, create functional analyses and user stories, collaborate with stakeholders, support testing, and contribute to Agile programmes. Fluency in English and Dutch or French is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a Functional Analyst or similar role.
• Master's degree or equivalent experience.
• Goal-oriented with a structured, solution-focused mindset.
• Experience in financial services.
• Experience documenting functional requirements and business processes.
• Fluent in English and Dutch or French.

Responsabilités

• Gather, analyse, and validate business requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional analyses, user stories, process flows, and specifications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, architects, and testers.
• Conduct impact and gap analyses to support decision-making.
• Support the design and optimisation of business processes and digital solutions.
• Coordinate and support testing activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to Agile projects and digital transformation programmes.
