Projective Group Talent, part of Projective Group, seeks a Functional Analyst to bridge business and IT in financial services. You translate business needs into functional requirements supporting compliant solutions across banking, insurance or payments.

You will document processes, gather and validate requirements with stakeholders, and create analyses, user stories, and acceptance criteria while coordinating with development teams and testing activities.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years of experience as a Functional Analyst, Business Analyst or similar role.
• Experience in a financial services context such as banking, insurance or payments.
• Strong analytical skills and a structured way of working.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into clear functional requirements.
• Good understanding of application landscapes and system integrations.
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative, stakeholder-oriented mindset.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a strong asset.
