You contribute to transforming a core banking platform by translating business needs into clear functional solutions, operating in agile squads on future-ready digital banking capabilities and data-driven processes.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Functional Analyst or Business Analyst.
• Bachelor or Master’s degree or equivalent.
• Strong communication with the ability to explain complex topics clearly.
• Ability to manage stakeholders in a complex environment.
• Structured way of working with good organisation and prioritisation.
• Interest in data, processes and digital banking environments.
• Team-oriented with proactive, collaborative approach.
• Fluent in English; Dutch and/or French a plus.

Responsabilités

• Define and document data flows across systems and applications.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners and stakeholders in agile squads.
• Identify gaps between legacy systems and target solutions.
• Ensure consistency and correctness of customer data usage across processes.
• Support migration activities while ensuring business continuity.

You will join a large-scale transformation programme within a leading financial institution, focused on modernising its core banking platform. The programme brings together international teams working on standardised systems and digital banking capabilities. You will operate in an agile environment where legacy systems and new solutions coexist during the transition phase.

Your Tasks

• Analyse business needs and translate them into functional requirements.
• Support the design of customer journeys within the new banking platform.
• Define and document data flows across systems and applications.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners and stakeholders in agile squads.
• Identify gaps between current legacy systems and target solutions.
• Ensure consistency and correctness of customer data usage across processes.
• Support migration activities while ensuring business continuity.

Your Skills

• A first experience as a Functional Analyst, Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• A Bachelor or Master’s degree, or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics clearly.
• Ability to manage stakeholders in a complex environment.
• Structured way of working with good organisation and prioritisation skills.
• Interest in data, processes and digital banking environments.
• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and collaborative approach.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a plus.
