Projective Group in Antwerpen seeks a Functional Analyst to translate business needs into IT solutions that improve digital services for brokers, customers and colleagues. You will strengthen functional analysis, testing and stakeholder management while collaborating with IT and business teams.

The role is embedded in a Belgian cooperative insurance environment with a strong local presence. You’ll contribute to scalable solutions, prepare user stories and test plans, and support testing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or equivalent experience.
• First experience in a role combining functional and technical analysis.
• Knowledge of test methodologies and test management is a plus.
• Experience in or interest in working with Enterprise Architect and Jira.
• Strong analytical skills and a structured problem-solving approach.
• Clear communication and ability to connect business and IT stakeholders.
• Proactive, collaborative and ownership-driven working style.
• Fluent in English and either Dutch or French.

Responsabilités

• Analyse business needs and translate them into clear functional requirements.
• Define, monitor and align project scope with stakeholders.
• Prepare functional analyses using available information and expertise.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT experts to shape suitable solutions.
• Perform impact and gap analyses and document results clearly.
• Prepare user stories, features and test plans in line with quality standards.
• Support testing activities and answer functional questions during test phases.
