Hive-X in Brussels is seeking a junior FullStack developer analyst to join their Scrum development team of 5. This role focuses on developing modules linked to social software, including automated allocation, recovery management, request registration, and absenteeism monitoring.

As part of this mission, we are looking for a junior FullStack developer analyst who will join the Scrum development team, made up of 5 people. Missions: The mission is planned for a duration of 100 days The developments are closely linked to our Social software The following modules are the scope of the mission 1. Automatic allocation of Social Assistants (AS) Development of a module allowing the automatic allocation of files to social workers based on prioritized and configurable criteria, in particular: availability of AS geographical location number of files in progress per full-time equivalent AS (FTE) Objective: optimize the distribution of the workload and reduce attributions manual. 2. Recovery from beneficiaries and partners Development of a recovery management and monitoring tool, covering the entire life cycle of receivables: monitoring of receivables and their status management of reminders (configurable) management of payment plans stopping payments in the social software link with the social software (flow, quality codes) management of letters (mailing) management of debtors’ identification data recovery workflows (reminder, abandonment, disputes, etc.) contact with the partners via workflow (link with an external platform) view by file and consolidated reporting Objective: centralize, automate and make the recovery process more reliable. 3. Register of requests Development of a register of requests including: encoding and management of requests printing and electronic management of documents produced automatic creation of the request in the social software Objective: ensure the traceability of requests 4.
