The position demands native-level Dutch. The initial contract runs until the end of 2026 with a full-time deployment.

The Department of Care is looking for an experienced Application Architect / Senior .NET Developer for the further development and modernization of the internally developed e-desk of the Department of Care. The e-counter offers citizens and organizations a central online platform for applying for and following up on files, such as permits, accreditations, subsidies, notifications and registrations. For user and access management, the platform uses basic services from the eHealth platform. The candidate will be deployed within the entire software development process and will take responsibility for complex implementations and integrations. In addition, he/she supports other developers with technical issues and monitors the technical quality of the solution.
