He intervenes upstream of the project by precisely describing the current and future situation of the process. He leads workshops, organizes and manages meetings necessary to capture the information and write the deliverables necessary to define the project, respecting the standards and methodology in place at INAMI. Position responsibilities He organizes the meetings and workshops necessary to understand and map the business processes as INAMI desires them; He writes the documents necessary to define the process so that they can be used directly by the analysts for the implementation of the solution; He ensures throughout the completion of the project that the implemented solution corresponds to the solution described in agreement with Business.
