In4Matic in Brussels seeks an experienced Full-Stack Developer to help deliver modern, scalable applications across front-end and back-end, contributing to architecture, cloud infrastructure, DevOps practices and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in .NET, 3+ years in React, 2+ years in Azure, hands-on with CI/CD, microservices, SQL/NoSQL, and Agile environments. Fluent English (B2) and on-site in Brussels at least 2 days a week.

We’re looking for an experienced Full-Stack Developer to join our client’s development team and contribute to the delivery of modern, scalable applications. You’ll work across the front end and back end, translating business requirements into robust technical solutions while contributing to architecture, cloud infrastructure, DevOps practices, and continuous improvement.

Role & Responsibilities

• Translate application storyboards and use cases into functional, maintainable applications.
• Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code using modern .NET technologies.
• Build responsive front-end solutions using React.js.
• Integrate and manage data-storage solutions, including SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Develop and consume REST APIs and work with modern application architectures, including microservices.
• Ensure high standards of application performance, quality, security, and responsiveness.
• Identify bottlenecks, bugs, and technical challenges and implement effective solutions.
• Apply clean architecture, design patterns, feature flags, and appropriate software engineering practices.
• Contribute to unit testing and automated quality assurance.
• Work with Git and collaborative development tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of DevOps capabilities, including CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies.

Ideal Candidate

• At least 5 years of professional experience in .NET development, including recent experience with .NET Core, .NET 8-10, or equivalent modern versions.
• At least 3 years of professional experience with React.js.
• At least 2 years of hands-on professional experience with Microsoft Azure.
• At least 2 years of experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, YAML-based configuration, and deployment strategies such as blue/green deployments.
• Solid experience with software architecture, design patterns, microservices, and both SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Practical experience with unit testing and version control using Git.
• Experience working in Agile environments such as Scrum or SAFe.
• Strong interest in continuous learning, new technologies, and application modernization.
• Experience with AI-assisted development or AI-powered IDEs is considered a plus.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken, at minimum B2 level.
• Willing to work on-site in Brussels at least 2 days per week.
