Qualifications

• 8+ years in software development with .NET/C#.
• 5+ years defining application architecture and design guidelines.
• 5+ years in full-stack development and technical leadership.
• 3+ years with Angular framework.
• 3+ years designing REST/SOAP APIs using OpenAPI/Swagger.
• 3+ years CI/CD with Git, GitHub, TeamCity, Octopus Deploy or Azure DevOps.
• 3+ years Azure cloud and microservices architecture.
• 3+ years in secure coding, testing and observability.
• Strong analytical skills and coaching-oriented leadership.
• Native or bilingual Dutch (C2).

Our client, a prominent organization in the public housing sector, is seeking a technical leader to guide an Agile development team through a digital transformation. This role balances application architecture with team leadership and hands-on delivery to drive high-quality cloud-native solutions.

• Define and safeguard technical architecture and design guidelines within the development team.
• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of high-quality solutions, ensuring compliance with technical standards.
• Lead and coach software developers to foster technical growth and a culture of shared responsibility.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Scrum Masters to evaluate technical feasibility and prioritize sprint goals.
• Design and implement complex technical solutions using modern integration patterns and cloud practices.
• Manage technical impediments and drive the continuous improvement of the development lifecycle.

• You have 8+ years of experience in software development with .NET and C#.
• You possess 5+ years of experience defining application architecture and design guidelines.
• You bring 5+ years of experience in full-stack development and technical leadership.
• You have 3+ years of experience with the Angular framework.
• You bring 3+ years of experience designing REST and SOAP APIs using OpenAPI or Swagger.
• You possess 3+ years of experience with CI/CD processes using Git, GitHub, TeamCity, Octopus Deploy, or Azure DevOps.
• You have 3+ years of experience with Azure cloud platforms and microservices architecture.
• You bring 3+ years of experience with secure coding, testing, and observability tools.
• You possess strong analytical skills and a proactive, coaching-oriented leadership style.
• You are native or bilingual in Dutch (level C2).

Nice to Haves

• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Knowledge of SAFe or other scaled Agile methodologies.
