NH Collection Brussels Grand Sablon is offering an Front Office Internship designed for hospitality enthusiasts eager to learn first-hand at a flagship property. You will work as part of the Front Office team in a vibrant, international setting, gaining practical experience in guest services, check-ins, and daily operations.

This internship includes a Welcome @ work programme with a free night stay, compensation for students outside Belgium, and access to Minor Hotels University Northern Europe

Responsabilités

• Welcome guests warmly and ensure they feel comfortable and valued from arrival to departure.
• Independently handle check-ins and check-outs, including all necessary administrative procedures.
• Maintain ongoing communication with guests, answering questions and offering helpful information.
• Provide guests with recommendations and detailsabout the local area, attractions, and services.
• Learn and apply upselling techniquesto promote hotel services and upgrades.
• Assist in handling guest complaintsprofessionally and empathetically, aiming for quick resolution.
• Create a positive team atmosphereby collaborating with colleagues and contributing to a friendly work environment.
• Answer incoming phone callsand direct them appropriately within the hotel.
• Respond to guest emailspromptly and professionally, ensuring clear and helpful communication.
• Coordinate with the Food & Beverage and Housekeeping departments to ensure smooth guest service and room readiness.
