OTIV, a Ghent-based leader in autonomous rail technology, seeks a Customer Success Intern to work with the Customer Success team. You will manage French-speaking client accounts, support live deployments, and identify new prospects across the French-speaking market. Your role includes gathering feedback that informs commercial efforts and strengthens client relationships.

Qualifications

• Master or Bachelor Degree in Business, Economics, Management or related field.
• Fluent in French and English (spoken & written).
• Hands-on / self-driven mentality.
• Enthusiasm for cutting-edge technology.

Responsabilités

• Manage French-speaking client accounts with a hands-on approach.
• Coordinate and support live rollouts and pilots at customer sites.
• Identify and outreach to French-speaking prospects.
• Gather customer feedback and operational insights to inform growth.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and deployment progress.
