OTIV in Ghent, Belgium is seeking a Customer Success Intern to support French-speaking client accounts, coordinate live rollouts and pilots, and identify new prospects in the Francophone market. You will gather customer feedback and provide insights to help drive commercial efforts while strengthening client relationships.

The role offers hands-on field exposure in an international scale-up environment, with an office in Ghent and a collaborative culture that values curiosity and initiative.

Qualifications

• Working towards Master or Bachelor Degree, preferably in Business, Economics, Management or a related field.
• Fluent in French and English (spoken & written).
• Hands-on / self-driven mentality.
• Enthusiasm for cutting-edge technology.

Responsabilités

• Customer success management for French-speaking client accounts.
• Coordinate and monitor rollouts, deployments and pilot projects at customer sites.
• Identify and outreach to French-speaking prospects.
• Gather and relay customer feedback and operational insights to the team.
• Keep accurate records of client interactions and deployment progress.
